PHYSICAL DESCRIPTION AND PERFORMANCES
- Body, piston and all parts in direct contact with external environment are made of 304 L grade stainless steel.
- Watertight assembly by the mean of “O” ring seals and special expandable seals.
- No maintenance is required.
- Two M20 pitch 2,5 tapped holes for fixation on the equipment to be controlled (see drawing on page 2).
- Fool-proof threshold values, that are presetable by the user at mounting stage.
- 61.25 : Wide variation of sensitivity, between 80 and 2500 daN, autorised by the selection of specific dynamic spring washers.
- 61.35 : > 2500 daN to 3500 daN
In order to avoid stradding during contacts systems DAC 2 and DAT 2, it is necessary to set the difference between thresholds (for example alarm-stop), at least 10% above the high point force (for example alarm threshold 1800 daN, stop threshold 2000 daN).
For DACT systems, each contact may be independently preset.
- High stability and reproductibility of the threshold value : ± 5%.
- Contact inversion hysteresys : 10% of the threshold value.
- Maximal acceptable overload without alteration of initial setting : > 4000 daN for each mechanichal stop.
- System allowed mobility : DAC : 4 mm ; DAT : 4 mm ; DATC : ± 4 mm.
NOTE : In order to avoid an excessive piston displacement and therefore ensure trouble free operations and maximal life period, the sensitive spring is factory preset as follows :
– the 1 contact system type is 80% of the threshold value prestresse
or
– the 2 contacts system type is preset to the lowest threshold value.
ELECTRICAL CARACTERISTICS
- Protected micro-switches “CROUZET company” type
“V4” DIN 41635 B or “CEM company” type “HPE II”. - Glass fiber reinforced polyamid housing.
- Silver / nickel alloy contacts.
- Inversor fitted with a common point.
- Working temperature range : – 20°C to +125°C.
- Mechanical life duration : 2 x 105 operations.
- Maximal intensity : 5A
- Selfic circuit : cos” = 0,8.
NOTE : The DYNALARME systems are delivered with a 2 m wiring cable (4 or 7 electrical conductors) connected to the micro-switch(es).
Internal electrical diagram and setting values are displayed on the external identification plate.

Optionally, the DYNALARME systems can be delivered with :
- 4 indépendante contacts allowing various electrical
combinations, 2/2 – 1/3 – 4, operating either under pressure
or traction forces. - an electronical stress sensor delivering an output current between 4 and 20 mA.
